Day one has been going OK so far. I already sortof cheated when I ate a Lean Cuisine frozen pizza after I got home from work.
Breakfast was familiar (large coffee & OJ), but I also had the eDiets english muffin with peanut butter. It tasted like raised cardboard, but I’m sure it would have been better toasted instead of cold. Lunch consisted of a spicy black bean salad with onions and who knows what else. Another one that’s an acquired taste I haven’t yet acquired. I did like the fact that they left me feeling full tho, despite their minuscule portions. I brought extra snacks to work since the ediets meal delivery thingy only sends one snack. I got 100-calorie popcorn and cereal bars. Apples too. I did have one snack too many, but hey.. my stomach is still used to massive amounts of food in one sitting.
I really don’t want to screw this up but it’s going to be hard to NOT give into cravings. I’ve never said no to myself when it came to food.
