OK, so by Thursday of last week my new diet was scrapped and I was scarfing food down like a starving wart hog. I had already decided that eDiets Meal Delivery wasn’t going to work for me so I canceled it. I have meals for this week, which I’ll use, but after this week I’m doing it solo with the help of Lean Cuisine’s and other lowfat frozen meals readily available to you from a local supermarket of your choice. ;)
The weekend was also scrapped. I ate, as I said, like a starving farm animal. But today is the start of a new week. (Tuesdays are my first day of the week). I have also renewed my membership to CalorieKing.com which has, in my opinion, THE best food database in the planet. So wish me luck again, yo.
